     Why would a designer choose Ultima turnbuckle?

     

    When the station building was designed, the architect told me

     

    “Despite the beautifully landscaped platform and walls, the turnbuckles used to stop the swing of the sign are dirty. I want more sophisticated turnbuckles.”

    Conventional turnbuckle
    • It is difficult to pull wire grips...
    • It is difficult to turn the turnbuckle in a narrow scaffold.

    • The high strength of the turnbuckles can also be utilized for pergolas.
    • The strong horizontal tension maintains moderate tension to withstand the load of plants.

     

    Attention
    • It is not suitable for hanging objects.
    • The safety load is only the strength of the turnbuckle side. When installing, please consider the strength of the suspension fittings and support materials.
    • Adjustment of the level should be done with no load applied.
    • Please avoid using the product in a place where there is vibration.
    • Do not apply paint or oil to the body or wires.
    • If the cut end of the wire is loose, it will be difficult to get into the grip section.
    • Do not use wires other than those specifically designed for Ultima turnbuckles.
    • Standard wire dimensions are L=2000mm and L=3000mm. Please consult us for other dimensions.
    • Please select the end shape of the wire according to the mating side. For example, if the other end is also a turnbuckle, both ends will be welded, if the other end is a terminal fitting, it will be a terminal, and if the other end is a pillar or beam, it will be a loop.
